Christmas at the Botanics, Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh, Scotland

The Christmas at the Botanics, is a memorable holiday attraction at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh, Scotland. Guests can experience the beauty of these lush gardens while strolling through mystical holiday light shows accompanied by a variety of lovely classical and popular holiday musical selections. This event makes for a wonderful Christmas adventure for travelers of all ages, and Ol' Saint Nicholas makes a surprise appearance in the middle of the exhibit. There are also several stops along the botanical garden path wherein guests can taste some delicious holiday treats. My favorite treats included the cinnamon chocolate churros and roasted marshmallows toasted over a choice of two open fire pits amidst the hanging Christmas lanterns. To attend this marvelously magnificent holiday event, it is best to purchase tickets online, prior to your arrival to the beautiful historical city of Edinburgh.
